Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers who appreciate a comfy base for their explorations.

The kids and I had a blast! We really appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which included a fridge and microwave, perfect for snacks. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short drive from Mount Felix Vineyard & Winery, where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon together.

My children wished there was a bigger pool area for families to enjoy more fun activities.

The stay included a friendly and courteous staff who made the experience more pleasant, especially Van at the front desk who offered free breakfast one day. The room was clean and conveniently located near restaurants and gas stations. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue with hairs on towels, and we had a frustrating experience with the laundry facilities, as they were locked and broken, creating unnecessary inconvenience.

The hotel’s staff really stood out during our stay. Mr Mounir, the hotel manager, was incredibly attentive and always willing to assist. Our housekeeper was friendly and kept our King Suite immaculate. The restaurant waitress provided excellent service that enhanced our dining experience.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel when we came for a family event. The heated indoor pool was fantastic, and the cozy sun loungers made for a perfect way to relax after our long day. While the breakfast could have offered more variety, it didn't take away from our great stay. 😊

Had a 'decent' experience overall. The room was clean,, and the staff tried hard despite being overwhelmed, especially one woman at the front desk. She was friendly and really seemed to care about our situation, which made it a bit easier to bear the wait.
